Description
Intended for temperature measurements of solid, liquid and gaseous media. Allows measurements of fairly high temperatures – up to 900 °C. Thermocouples xx5 are connected to the measuring line using a thermocouple cable (the cable is not supplied in the kit, it must be ordered separately).
Nominal static characteristics (NSC) according to GOST R 8.585-2001:
- TXA (K) – for DTPK
- TXK (L) – for DTPL
Reliability indicators of thermoelectric converters DTPKhxx5 subject to operating conditions in the temperature range from -40 to +600 °C for DTPL (HK) and from -40 to +800 °C for DTPK (HA) (up to +900 °C depending on the reinforcement material):
- Probability of failure-free operation – at least 0.95 for 16,000 hours;
- average service life – not less than 4 years;
- warranty period – 2 years.
The temperature of the terminal head under operating conditions should not exceed the temperature:
- 200 °C – for terminal heads made of aluminum alloy;
- 120 °C – for heads made of polyamide.
For mounting DTPKhhh5 sensors with a nipple on temperature measurement objects, it is recommended to use GZ.16 and GZ.25 sleeves, BP.1 and B.U.1 bosses.
Resistance to external mechanical impacts according to GOST R 52931-2008: DTPK (L) without mounting elements (in a smooth metal protective fittings) correspond to group V2, the rest to group N2.
