The E2608-NH₃-P ammonia detector-transmitter is a member of the PluraSens® family of multifunctional measurement instruments.

One of its most common applications is the detection of explosive ammonia concentrations in refrigeration machinery rooms.

The instrument utilizes a fully calibrated and temperature-compensated pellistor (catalytic bead) gas sensor, providing excellent repeatability, stability, and long service life.

Two SPST relays with normally open contacts can be used for remote alarm signaling or ventilation control. Both alarm set-points are user configurable.

Two analog outputs and an RS485 digital interface supporting the industry-standard Modbus RTU protocol enable integration with safety systems and building automation systems.
