Compressed air meter is designed for measuring compressed air flow in industrial conditions. The measuring range is 40-11670 l/min (0.3-84 m/s or 2.5-700 m³/h). The display range is extended to 0-14000 l/min. The ambient temperature can be from -10°C to +60°C. The maximum pressure is 16 bar, the instantaneous pressure is 64 bar. The device has 2 digital outputs and 1 analog output. The operating voltage is 18-30 DC volts, the current consumption is less than 80 mA. The output signals can be switching, analog (4-20 mA), pulse or IO-Link. The maximum load of the analog output is 500 Ω. The digital outputs can operate as PNP/NPN modes. The device has a high accuracy of ±2% of the measured value and ±0.5% of the final value. Repeatability is ±0.4%. Response time is 0.1 seconds, for pressure monitoring – 0.05 seconds. The pressure monitoring range is -1 to 16 bar with a resolution of 0.05 bar.
The mass of the device is 2650.5 grams, dimensions are 475×60.3×109.7 mm. The connection is made with an external thread R2 with a diameter of DN50. The degree of protection is IP65/IP67. Materials: stainless steel, PBT+PC-GF30, PPS GF40. The device allows you to monitor pressure, temperature, volumetric flow rate. It has a color 1.44″ display with 128×128 pixels, 2 yellow LED lights. It is possible to adjust the parameters, rotate the screen and shutdown. IO-Link communication at COM2 (38.4 kBaud). Minimum cycle time is 7.2 ms.
