Technical specifications
High-precision temperature sensor designed for industrial applications with a wide measuring range from -40°C to 150°C. The device is equipped with a Pt 1000 measuring element, compliant with DIN EN 60751 class B standards, and provides an accuracy of ±0.3K for all output functions. The sensor design includes one digital and one analog output with 4-20mA and 0-10V output signals. The digital output is configurable as normally open or normally closed with a constant current rating of 250mA. The IO-Link communication interface allows efficient integration into modern automation systems with a COM2 (38.4 kBaud) baud rate and a minimum cycle time of 2.3ms.
The robust stainless steel (316L/1.4404) construction with IP67 protection provides a mechanical pressure resistance of 300 bar against liquids and gases. M18 x 1.5 internal threaded connection with 45mm insertion length and 12mm minimum insertion depth facilitates installation. The device dimensions are Ø34mm x 128mm long with a weight of 202.8g. Power supply 18-32V DC, current consumption <50mA. Rated operating temperature -25°C to 70°C, and storage temperature -40°C to 100°C. Integrated 4-digit display with multi-color LED indicators provides intuitive operational control.
The product has programmable PNP/NPN output, integrated (watchdog) function, reverse polarity protection and complies with international EMC/vibration/shock standards. Dynamic response T05/T09 = 1/3 second. MTTF indicator is 209 years, which guarantees long-term reliability of the device and minimal maintenance requirements:
